St. Joseph Industrial Park has thrived as an industrial and manufacturing complex in the heart of Berlin, CT for over 20 years. With a building size of over 23,000 square feet, broken into 14 individual rental units, we have given a home to a number of local businesses and entrepreneurs over the years. Most of our tenants have been with us long term. We take pride in providing quality rental units for small and large businesses alike.

Our main office is located on the premise, so we are always available for our tenants. We are constantly upgrading the building and grounds. We have recently installed a new roof over a portion of the building, and are in the process of upgrading all units to high end LED lighting. We ensure that if something breaks in your unit, or you have any concerns, we are right next door and can resolve the issue immediately.
